Ready to Ship Items Orders ship within 2 to 5 business days. This includes standard blankets, Live Sale items, Little Luxury items, subscriptions, and warehouse merchandise.

Made to Order Items Approximate turnaround time of 2 to 6 weeks. This includes all Made to Order blankets and Back Number Collection items.

Specialty Prints Not eligible for free shipping. Additional shipping charges apply at checkout.

Printify Merchandise Fulfilled and shipped directly by Printify. Shipping times vary by fulfillment partner.

Warehouse Merchandise Flat rate shipping of $5.00 applies to select THH and Penthouse warehouse items.

Free Shipping Free shipping within the United States applies to standard Ready to Ship blankets in Adult, XL, and Mega sizes. Travel, Baby, LAP sizes, and specialty prints are not eligible.

International Shipping Available to select countries. Rates calculated at checkout.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
If you receive an item that is an error, defective, or flawed, please contact customer service at info@thehandmadeheifer.com and describe the issue along with photos. 

• Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards
• Returns must be in original condition and unused. If the item has been exposed to smoke, perfumes, detergents, animals, or has a smell, the return will not be accepted. 
• ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WASHED WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
• Custom orders are NOT ELIGIBLE for return unless The Handmade Heifer makes a defect or error. 
• A website purchase cannot be canceled after it has been placed. Production times and estimated arrival are clearly noted on site in multiple locations. 
• We will not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to color. To prevent ordering or purchasing the wrong color, we suggest viewing the product on multiple devices. Color variances can occur across devices, and we do not consider color a defect. 
• After 30 days of use, WE WILL NO LONGER REPAIR ITEMS. 

-Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

• Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please get in touch with us at info@thehandmadeheifer.com.
• Sale items (if applicable): Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
