Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN. If you receive an item that is an error, defected, or flawed please contact customer service at info@thehandmadeheifer.com and provide a description of the issue along with photos. We will provide a pre-paid label for your return. Item must be returned within 7 days of receiving it. Upon inspection, we will have a replacement put into production and shipped to you.

- Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards
- Returns must be in original condition and unused. If item has been exposed to smoke of any sort, perfumes, detergents, animals, and has a smell the return will not be accepted.
- ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WASHED WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
- Custom orders are NOT ELIGIBLE for return unless there is a defect or error made by The Handmade Heifer.
- Website purchased CANNOT be canceled after placed. Production times and estimated arrival are clearly noted on site in multiple locations.
- We will not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to color. To prevent ordering or purchasing the wrong color, we suggest viewing the product on multiple devices. Color variances can occur on different devices, and we do not consider color to be a defect.
- Your satisfaction is important and if your item shows noticeable defects such as seams coming apart, holes, loose threads within 30 days of purchase we will repair the item. After 30 days of use, WE WILL NO LONGER REPAIR ITEMS.
-Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@thehandmadeheifer.com .
- Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thehandmadeheifer.com and send your item to: The Handmade Heifer, 11401 Bowden Road, Lipan TX 76462, United States.
