Machine Washable
Honesty matters to us, always. Our Milan exclusives are the only blankets in our collection that are not handmade here in Texas. Due to the complexity and technical nature of the design, we partnered with an expert overseas team to bring it to life. But don’t think for a second that it was just mass-produced in a factory; every inch of the Milan was completely designed, tested, and approved by The Handmade Heifer founders, Bekah and Lindsey. We were involved in every detail, just like always. We wouldn’t release anything that didn’t meet our exact standards of softness, quality & care. Everything else you see from us is still proudly handmade by our Texas team. And the Milan? She’s a rare exception, and a stunning one at that.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN. If you receive an item that is an error, defective, or flawed, please contact customer service at info@thehandmadeheifer.com and describe the issue along with photos. We will provide a pre-paid label for your return. The item must be returned within 7 days of receiving it. Upon inspection, we will have a replacement put into production and shipped to you.
- Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards
- Returns must be in original condition and unused. If the item has been exposed to smoke, perfumes, detergents, animals, or has a smell, the return will not be accepted.
- ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WASHED WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
- Custom orders are NOT ELIGIBLE for return unless The Handmade Heifer makes a defect or error.
- A website purchase cannot be canceled after it has been placed. Production times and estimated arrival are clearly noted on site in multiple locations.
- We will not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to color. To prevent ordering or purchasing the wrong color, we suggest viewing the product on multiple devices. Color variances can occur on different devices, and we do not consider color to be a defect.
- Your satisfaction is essential, and if your item shows noticeable defects such as seams coming apart, holes, or loose threads within 30 days of purchase, we will repair the item. After 30 days of use, WE WILL NO LONGER REPAIR ITEMS.
-Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please get in touch with us at info@thehandmadeheifer.com.
- Sale items (if applicable): Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
